By accessing or using OptionsAnalytx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OptionsAnalytx is a covered call options screening and analysis tool. The Service provides data-driven scoring, ranking, and analysis of options contracts for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on OptionsAnalytx constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding member pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, founding member pricing will not be reinstated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the Smart Score algorithm, scraping or bulk-downloading data, sharing account credentials, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Smart Score algorithm, factor weightings, scoring methodology, and all related intellectual property are proprietary to OptionsAnalytx. All rights reserved. No part of the Service may be reproduced or distributed without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or complete. Options data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed.
9. Limitation of Liability
OptionsAnalytx shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other losses resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
